Healthy Pina Colada Protein Smoothie
This weeks feature recipe is by Miranda Gardley! Miranda a Chicago based blogger and lover of everything health and fitness has shared with us her favourite smoothie, a healthy, protein packed pina colada!
I love nothing more than sipping on a cold, refreshing fruit drink on a hot summer day!
Because I love anything tropical, there’s really no surprise that my all time favorite is a
pina colada. To make the perfect post-workout smoothie, I removed the booze and replaced it with an all-natural vanilla protein isolate to help repair my sore muscles and re-energize my body for a busy day ahead!

Ingredients:
1 Cup Coconut Water
½ Cup Coconut Milk (only use the thick cream)
1 Scoop (Vanilla) Protein Powder
1 TBSP Chia Seeds
1 TBSP Hemp Seeds
½ Mango
1 Cup Frozen Pineapple
1 Frozen Banana
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a high powdered blender and blend until smooth. Then enjoy!
